Ontario Open First Aid Challenge

St. John Council for Ontario last held its Ontario Open First Aid Challenge in 2011. The Ontario Open First Aid Challenge (OOFAC), what was once an annual event, has been put on hold until further notice. We thank you for your previous participation in the Ontario Open First Aid Challenge. The skills you demonstrated are a wonderful reminder of the dedication organizations and businesses  such as yours have to the safety and well being of their workers/members. The time and effort you have put into your training is greatly appreciated and we thank you for acting as a first aid ambassadors.

It is sincerely hoped that you will continue to pursue your first aid training, and if you are interested in running your own First Aid Challenge we would be pleased to provide you with whatever guidance we can.  Since 2012, as a part of our re-evaluation process, St. John Council for Ontario has been hosting an annual internal Medical First Response Competition (OMFRC.ca) for its members.  If you are interested in volunteering or, perhaps, in attending to learn the fine art of judging or casualty simulation, please contact us as we would be happy to have you join our team.

Thank you again for your past participation. For pictures of the 2011 Ontario Open First Aid Challenge, please visit our Facebook page.
